Your Trust, Protected

At Studio Fay, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

What we collect: Name, email, shipping address, and payment details necessary to process your order. We also collect certain data automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our site.

How we use it: To fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your purchase, and, if you have subscribed, to send you updates on new arrivals and offers. We use a third-party email service (Klaviyo) to send these emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Analytics and advertising: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show you more relevant ads. These services may collect information about your browsing activity on our site and share it with Google and Meta in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can manage personalized advertising through your Meta account privacy settings and through Google's Ads Settings. You can also use the "Your Privacy Choices" link on our site to opt out of the sharing of your data for advertising.

How we protect it: All payment information is processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@studiofay.us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
